Shipping policy

All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail.

The most important thing is that you receive your items, which is why we only use a signed-for delivery option.

You will be notified the date of delivery, please make sure you or someone will be present to receive the delivery. If no-one is in, a card will be left to arrange a re-delivery date better suited for you, or you can collect the delivery from the local depot.

UK MAINLAND

 

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For

All orders will be sent & tracked via 'Royal Mail' service and will only be delivered with a signature.

EU

Due to using Royal Mail as our courier all EU and international shipments will have different charges.  Please find delivery charges on check out. These will all still be tracked & will require a signature.

Rest Of The World​

​All orders outside the EU will be delivered within 7-10 working days. Please allow up to 21 working days before contacting us as delays may occur outside of our control due to the courier.
