Terms and Conditions

1) Who we are

This website is operated by Good Sunday Ltd (“Good Sunday”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Registered in England & Wales. Contact: care@goodsunday.co.uk

By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform.

2) Forming a contract with us

Your order is an offer to buy products. We’ll acknowledge receipt by email, but your order is accepted only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation. The contract covers only the products listed in that Dispatch Confirmation. 

3) Your consumer rights (UK & EU customers)

  • Cooling-off period: If you buy online, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you want to cancel for any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. We may withhold your refund until we receive the goods (or proof of return). 

  • Exceptions: The 14-day cancellation right doesn’t apply to certain items (e.g., personalised goods; sealed items opened for hygiene reasons) unless faulty. 

  • Faulty goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. You have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund; after that, you’re entitled to repair or replacement (or a price reduction if those fail). 

4) How to cancel (change of mind)

To cancel within the cooling-off period, email care@goodsunday.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please return items in reasonable care and original condition where possible. You are responsible for return postage (unless items are faulty). We’ll refund using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return), including the standard delivery cost you paid at checkout. 

5) Delivery & risk

Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of the Dispatch Confirmation. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once we’ve received full payment. If we miss an agreed delivery deadline, you may have rights to cancel for a refund. 

6) Prices, taxes & payment

Prices shown include UK VAT where applicable and exclude delivery, which is shown at checkout. For orders outside the UK, local import duties and taxes may apply on arrival; these are your responsibility. We can’t predict these charges, please check with local customs before ordering. 
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are taken in GBP unless stated otherwise. We try to ensure pricing is accurate, but if we discover a clear error, we may cancel or contact you before dispatch.

7) Accounts & acceptable use

You’re responsible for keeping your account details and passwords secure and for the accuracy of your information. Do not misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content, or infringe IP).

8) Product information & availability

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately; slight variations may occur (e.g., colour differences by display). Product availability can change; if a selected item is unavailable after ordering, we’ll contact you to refund or offer alternatives.

9) Promotions, gift cards & pre-orders

Promotional offers are subject to terms stated at the time. Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law. Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and may change; we’ll keep you updated.

10) Returns for faults or damage

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact care@goodsunday.co.uk promptly with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

11) Privacy, cookies & data protection

We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details of what we collect, why, and your rights (including consent, access, deletion). We avoid pre-ticked consent boxes and provide clear withdrawal options. You may also need to pay the ICO data protection fee if you run a business—this note is for transparency in our policies. 12) Third-party services & links

We may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (e.g., Shopify, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party content or their terms-please review those providers’ policies before use. Requirements for trader identity, pricing transparency and order confirmation also apply under UK e-Commerce rules.

13) Intellectual property

All content on this site (brand names, text, graphics, photos) is owned by or licensed to Good Sunday and protected by IP laws. You may not use our IP without prior written consent.

14) Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to that, we’re not liable for: loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or any indirect/consequential loss. For non-faulty goods, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s). (Your statutory rights remain unaffected.)

15) Complaints & dispute resolution (ADR)

If you have a complaint, please email care@goodsunday.co.uk and we’ll try to resolve it quickly. If we can’t resolve it, you may be able to use an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, such as RetailADR (an approved UK provider). We’ll let you know at that stage whether we agree to take part in ADR. ADR is an alternative to court and can be quicker and lower cost. 

16) Force majeure

We won’t be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, pandemics, transport or utility outages, or regulatory actions). We’ll do our best to minimise any impact.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site and to any order placed after the “Last updated” date above.

18) Governing law

These Terms and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise for consumer contracts.
