ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders usually arrive within 1-2 working days. International delivery times vary depending on your location, full details are on our Delivery page.

Please note: Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we deliver worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked and DHL Express. Shipping options and prices appear at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email (or SMS, if selected) with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you notice a mistake, email care@goodsunday.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, local duties or taxes may apply once your parcel arrives in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I start a return?
Just email care@goodsunday.co.uk with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.

What’s your returns policy?
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s complete.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Yes, as long as stock is available. Let us know your preferred replacement when you email us, and we’ll confirm availability.


PRODUCT & SIZING

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing your usual relaxed fit, our pieces are designed to be oversized for comfort and ease.

Are your fabrics sustainable or ethically sourced?
We work with trusted, ethical factories in Portugal, using premium, responsibly produced fabrics that are made to last.

Will my Good Sunday items shrink or change after washing?
All our garments are pre-washed or pre-shrunk where possible. Always follow the care label to keep your pieces feeling soft and Sunday-fresh.

Can I update my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email care@goodsunday.co.uk and we’ll update it for you.

I have an issue with my order?
