Gift Card

GOOD SUNDAY GIFT CARD – TERMS & CONDITIONS

 These Terms & Conditions apply to all Good Sunday digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”). By purchasing, using or accepting a Gift Card, you agree to these terms.

1. Issuer

Gift Cards are issued by:
Good Sunday Ltd

2. Nature of Gift Cards

  • Good Sunday Gift Cards are digital and delivered by email.

  • They can be redeemed only at www.goodsunday.co.uk

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

3. Validity Period

  • Gift Cards are valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.

  • Any remaining balance after expiry will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

4. How to Redeem

  • Enter the unique Gift Card code at checkout.

  • If the order exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using any accepted payment method.

  • If the order total is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount will stay on the Gift Card until expiry.

5. Checking Your Balance

You can check your Gift Card balance using the link in your original email or by contacting our support team at care@goodsunday.co.uk.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.

  • Items purchased with a Gift Card follow our standard returns policy.

  • If a refund is issued for a purchase made using a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same Gift Card (or a replacement Gift Card).

7. Lost, Stolen or Misused Gift Cards

  • Treat your Gift Card code like cash.

  • Good Sunday Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of Gift Cards.

  • We may be able to reissue a Gift Card if it hasn’t been redeemed — contact care@goodsunday.co.uk for help.

8. Restrictions

  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift Cards cannot be resold or transferred for value.

  • Good Sunday Ltd reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold Gift Cards if fraud is suspected.

9. Promotional Gift Cards

Gift Cards issued free of charge (e.g., during promotions, giveaways or as goodwill gestures):

  • may have a shorter expiry,

  • may include usage restrictions, and

  • hold no cash value.

10. Consumer Cancellation Rights 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • If you purchase a Gift Card for yourself, you have a 14-day cancellation period from the date of purchase, provided the card has not been redeemed.

  • Once a Gift Card is used, fully or partially, the right to cancel no longer applies.
    To cancel within this period, contact care@goodsunday.co.uk with your order number.

11. Changes to These Terms

Good Sunday Ltd may update these terms from time to time. Changes will not apply retrospectively to Gift Cards already purchased.
